Reminder: Please remember to include your contact information in your submission

This is a friendly note from our testing team to remind everyone making a submission to follow the submission guidelines. This includes writing up a summary to give us some background into your app and your contact information so that we can get a hold of you without needing to rely on Challenge.gov.

Also, there is one additional piece of information we would love to see in your initial submissions: listing out your data sources. We didn't explicitly ask for it in the original guidelines, but it makes your submission review process much more efficient.
