Do we need an app and a website?

All submissions must include both an app and a website. Submissions will be judged based on their app, but no submission is complete without a corresponding website that can also provide the same service for people who do not have a mobile device. Because users of your service will sometimes have access only to the Internet through a desktop computer, the website is necessary. For a chance at the $10,000, and subsequently the $25,000 grand prize, the website is needed.
